Sustainable Management of Natural Resources
We are on a mission to reduce landfill waste, 1 tonne at a time, with recyclable waste in scorrier, cornwall
Protecting our natural resources for a sustainable future.
Sectors Served – Waste we can accept
Our state-of- the-art facility is focused on reducing Construction, Demolition and Excavation Waste. This waste is categorised into a number of sectors along with specific waste codes to align to our environmental social governance values.
Bring your Construction, Demolition, Excavation, Mining & Marine Dredging Waste to our recycling facility. We accept waste from numerous industries. Some of the more common sectors are listed below. If you have a specific waste that doesn’t fit into these categories, please contact us to see if we can assist.
Construction & Demolition Waste
Aligning to waste classification technical guidance, WM3 section 17 construction and demolition wastes, we take predominantly waste concrete, bricks, tiles & ceramics or a mixture of all.
Excavation Waste
From virgin topsoil, subsoil and naturally occurring rock, aligning to waste classification technical guidance WM3 section 17, we can process all non-hazardous soils.
Agricultural Waste
Soils removed from farming environments, field stripping, repurposing aligning to waste classification technical guidance WM3 section 02.

Redefining Waste: Transforming Today for a Greener Tomorrow.
Sustainable Management of Natural Resources
At RIG Scorrier, we are taking huge steps towards helping the environment, by finding better ways to deal with construction, demolition, excavation, mining and marine waste. Due to high levels of contamination, processing technical waste streams is usually an expensive process, and has its challenges. However, at RIG, we utilise pioneering, efficient engineering solutions to recycle complex waste, enabling it to be reused in the global infrastructure. This is a greener alternative to discarding waste, where it would inevitably end up as landfill, resulting in a negative environmental impact. We are focusing on reducing, reusing, and recycling materials to create a more sustainable way of living.
Our way of thinking not only helps to protect the planet and its population, but also provides us with materials we can reuse indefinitely. It comes down to being smarter with how we use our resources, and making sure we take care of the Earth for future generations, utilising recyclable waste in Scorrier.
