Recycled washed products
We produce a range of washed materials from 40mm down in our state of the art wash plant, all conforming to BS EN 12620 and Specification for Highway Works (SHW) 500 series. This caters for the majority of construction works in the cornish market.
From single size to accredited blends for concretes and mortars, we have the flexibility to produce quality recycled aggregates in Scorrier, Cornwall, for Cornwall.

Recycled crushed products
All waste materials that enter our facility are screened, with all 40mm and down grading being processed by the wash plant. The larger material is segregated and diverted into graded stock piles for crushing.
These stock piles are subsequently crushed to produce robust recycled material for use in subbase and binding applications.

75mm down recycled aggregate for use as bulk fill and ground stabilisation.
Type 1 Subbase/803
40mm down recycled aggregate primarily used as a subbase for the construction of roads, pathways and carparks.

To support our washed and crushed recycled product portfolio we also hold several typical building and decorative aggregates in stock. Improving your ability to service your customers in the most economical way possible, by reducing unnecessary road miles to aggregate merchants, following a waste transfer.
What we hold in stock changes seasonally to meet the demands of the market. However, we will always have a supply of the following key aggregates:
