OUR AGGREGATE RANGE
We produce a range of washed materials from 40mm down in our state of the art wash plant, all conforming to BS EN 12620 and Specification for Highway Works (SHW) 500 series. This caters for the majority of construction works in the Cornish market.
From single size to accredited blends for concretes and mortars, we have the flexibility to produce quality recycled aggregates in Cornwall.
All our aggregates are tested at UKAS accredited laboratories and hold the UKCA mark of quality.

Commonly used in construction for various purposes due to its fine texture and ability to mix well with other materials.This versatile material is suitable for use in the production of concrete materials, mortar and plastering applications as well as blinding, paving and screeding. Aligns to BS EN 12620, BS EN 13242 and BS EN 13139.
0mm-04mm sand
Prices from £6 per tonneFine Aggregate 0/4mm (MP) Sand
Commonly seen within civil works as fine pipe bedding, site blinding and haunching aligning to series 0500 and 0600 of specification of highway works and BS EN 13242. The 0-4mm sand is also commonly used as a general-purpose concrete sand, used as the fine aggregate in concrete mixes and as a floor screed sand aligning to BS EN 12620.
4mm-10mm AGGREGATE
Prices from £12 per tonneUsed in a variety of civil and concrete applications. In civil applications the aggregate can be used for pipe bedding, haunching, general drainage, landscaping and horticulture aligning to series 500 & 600 of the specification of highway works and BS EN 13242.
10-20MM AGGREGATE
Prices from £12 per tonneUsed in a variety of civil and concrete applications. For civil uses the aggregate can be used for pipe bedding, haunching, subbase, hardstanding and general fill providing excellent drainage properties aligning to series 500 and 600 of the specification of highways works and BS EN 13242. The 10-20mm aggregate is also commonly used as the course element required in concrete production aligning to BS EN 12620.
20-40mm aggregate
Prices from £12 per tonneA recycled 20-40mm aggregate for use in heavy drainage and bulk fill civil applications aligning to the specification of highway works series 600 and BS EN 13242. Our 20-40mm aggregate is perfect for SuDs, French drains, soakaways and large bulk fill due to its void ratio. The aggregate is also well used in heavily trafficked areas, hard standings and equestrian centres.

Prices from £12 per tonne20MM ALL IN (BALLAST)
Used in concrete production providing a singular aggregate solution to mix with cement and water for the production of general-purpose concrete. Versatile and site ready for direct mixing, the ballast blend minimises time spent blending sand and stone, giving the user more assurance on product quality and quantity. The 0-20mm is well graded and aligns to BS EN 12620 aggregate for concrete.
40MM-80MM
Prices from £7 per tonneRecycled 6C
40-80mm recycled washed aggregate more commonly known in the market as 6C. the aggregate is a course no fines material ideal for foundation bases, agricultural tracks, heavy drainage solutions and bulk fill applications. The 40-80mm aligns to series 0600 of the Specification of Highway Works and BS EN 13242.

A recycled 0-125mm aggregate more commonly known as 6F5. An extremely hard wearing and durable material making it ideal for civil engineering applications. Where the subgrade is not viable this aggregate acts as a capping material, providing a construction platform for improved strength of the road foundation and a lower level to Type 1 Subbase. This material conforms to specifications set out in BS EN 13242 and BS EN 13285 and SHW Series 0600.

A recycled 0-63mm aggregate more commonly known as Recycled 803 – Type 1. Type 1 Subbase is generally a 63mm graded to dust material that is laid and compacted to form a level, stable construction layer. It is typically used in the construction of highways, car parks, footways and hard standing areas. This material conforms to specifications set out in BS EN 13242 and SHW Series 0800.
